We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon acceptance of your order.

We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of funds cleared into our account.

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience. Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology. We use "cookies" to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time. To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to the Sample Store site. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.

The vast majority of our items will be required to ship via truck freight because of the weight and size of our products. The best rates are given to commercial shipping addresses. You may also pickup your shipment from the nearest truck terminal. Shipping to resident addresses can be done but trucking companies charge a hefty fee for the service.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Cog's Cogs shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Cog's Cogs shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Cog's Cogs shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the price charged.

Transmissions are guaranteed to shift properly, and gears and bearings to be good at the time of purchase. The is no guarantee for labor to install or remove which includes fluids and other assembly parts.

Engines are guaranteed against rod knock, cracked block, cracked heads, bad crankshaft, broken rings or pistons, and excessive smoking withing ninety days of purchase (not installation). Engine accessories are not guaranteed. New seals and gaskets should be installed and inspected to avoid unnecessary labor. There is not guaranteed for labor to install or remove which includes oil, filters, antifreeze, freon, gaskets, or any other assembly parts or goods. Engines that are taken apart or modified by the customer will have no warranty, return or credit.

Cog's Cogs is not responsible for improper installation, usage, or abuse after the time of purchase for any part. This is at Cog's Cogs discretion.

Most parts are sold on an exchange basis and you will be charged a core charge at the time of purchase. The core charge will be refunded upon receiving your exchanged part (core).
